is it possible to set a screensaver as a dynamic wallpaper? as desktop background?
i know that windvd das a video desktop function, so i thougth it should be possible to do something like that.

at the moment i don't know any app that can do it.
i know about 1 app that can set as background a .swf (flash animation file) and there are screensavers editors that let you build a new saver from a .swf file.
if you want to create one yourself...
create a new html with your swf, set the web page as background (active desktop enabled).
find a free screensaver creator and build your own from that swf...
