Reverend Posted October 10, 2002 Share Posted October 10, 2002 Control Panel > Sounds & Audio Devices.On the Sounds tab scroll down the Program Events menu to Start Windows and highlight it.Change the sound from the Sounds drop down menu,or click Browse to find an alternative.Click apply.
