how to do so? on the pc that connects directly to the internet shareaza works ok
on this pc (behind that pc, no firewall)

leave them on automatic i think, do u have a router?

do u want those computers in the network to share files? or do u want all of them to be able to connect to shareaza and share stuff over the internet?
if u want sharing across lan enable "ignore private/local ip address." i think.
i'm not very good at shareaza, trying to discover many parts of it myself...

hey

do u mean leave that box checked? or unchecked?

also, i have shareaza setup now to store temp files on local pc, but send completed files to my server (which of course all computers can view from there)

I got the same configuration except... my outbound speed is set to 3 kbps and i have "I can accept incoming connections" turned off. Also Connection: 16, Handshake: 45.

I'm behind a router and haven't had any problems with connecting or downloading.

MCT what sort of router are u using?

give me the brand and model and i will show u how to do it.

im not using a router, ive got 3 network cards in the server pc & 1 network card the cable modem is hooked too, the other 2 are going 2 me, ive got ICS (internet connection sharing) setup :)

no firewalls right now @ all

no firewall.... does shareaza connect to the networks? cuz it should. or you might have to do port forwarding.

yes, it connects to the networks (all) but i dont get results i ONLY get results from the pc thats directly connected 2 the net..

this is buggin me :P

try doing a port forward to the other computer

i figured it out..

i reinstalled using an updated nlite :P lol on the server pc & it works :whistle:

thanks everyone for suggestions/help :D

EDIT: *sigh* never mind, i still need help, i spoke too soon, it worked once lol

i cant understand this, this is the ONLY thing i have problems with, all other things work good that use internet, realvnc,all my programs that have updates will update without a prob, its just shareaza
