Not sure if I should be posting this in this section but since Im using Simons FF silent installer I figured Id give it a shot...

On what seem to be completely random occasions, Firefox crashes and brings up the User Feedback wizard thing. The only commonailty I can see as to when it crashes is when I click a link to a new page.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Better yet have an idea as to how to fix it?

Thanks!

Try removing this folder before installing.

%appdata%\Mozillla

and maybe

%appdata%\talkback

:)

Did you recently move the QFA from your installer? Because Im using the stripped down one (no extensions) from your walkthrough post that I grabbed about a month ago. It also appears to be the same size as the one you currently have up there now as well.

well so that is the known "bug". what you need to do:

1. open the setup file with winrar
2. open config.ini and be sure that QFA is disabled:
[Setup Type0]
; Make sure Component QFA is LAST so 3rd party developers who might not want
; this component can easily remove it.
;C5=Component QFA

[Setup Type1]
; Make sure Component QFA is LAST so 3rd party developers who might not want
; this component can easily remove it.
;C6=Component QFA

3. if it don't look like that, add the propper semicolons and update the file

4. uninstall/reinstall
