I did an install of premiere pro 1.5 on my machine using the /r switch to make a setup.iss file

WHen I try to test the iss file to see if it will install, I run the standard setup.exe /s /sms but it keeps telling me error code 3 (Required Data not Found)

Ill post the iss file (serial removed) can anyone tell me what is missing here?
