I was reading about the new iPod Shuffle and thought I'd pass along the little caveat at the bottom of the page to those of you who didn't read about the Shuffle on Apple's page.

NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO, MY IPOD IS SO OUT DATED 
they have to put the do not eat it thing, cuz im sure people will actulaly try because its next to a pakage of gum. in the states, you can sue for anything; its just another precaution

i just put an order for the 1gb....it's gonna take forever to get here though =( .....I was debating on the Apple Care thing...bought I bought it anyway just so i don't have to worry abt the **** small thing for 2yrs.....
I'm broke again now....I need to replenish the $201 back into my PowerBook fund...

lol, i emptied half my bank account for my ipod (had my parent not payed half.. it would have been the entire account) now im back up to pre-ipod levels lol
