Anyone know of a free 64bit ramdisk driver? I want to integrate it into 64bit WinPE.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I think the new winpe 2005 (Win2k3 SP1 OPK) has a ramdisk built in and I am pretty sure they have one for 64. But I have never used WinPE 64 myself. Is it any cooler (meaning faster better, features etc ?) then the 32bit ?

I haven't seen anything "new", but it is needed if you are installing 64bit Windows to 64bit hardware over the network.
I have mine booting over PXE (no more CD needed), very high coolness factor :-)
