How can i Add "Close All But Active" to taskbar Rate Topic: -----

i wanna add "Close All But Active" to the taskbar context menu, so when i right click it & select it, ONLY the window open (active) will stay, rest will close, how can this be done :D

(like Opera Has) but for explorer
