linking to system folders in htt (webview)

could any of you guys tell me how to link to a system folder (maybe through clsid)

like my docs or control panel from a link in htt (the webview html format)

this is on WIN98SE

any help would be greatly appreciated.

For example

"::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}" - open recycle bin

i've seen this snytax used on winme and 2000 webviews but not on 98
