$OEM$ files link broken Rate Topic:

In both places that I'm aware of, the link for $OEM$ files overview is broken. I get a 404 error.

Um... Never mind. Seems the site was updated and my browser's cache had the old copy of the site.

When xper linked me this post, I was going through each page for the broken link and didn't find it
