pebuilder is for making winpc cd's, right??
what is winpe?? is it differante than bartpe?????

PEbuilder is for building your own copy of BartPE. BartPE is a free alternative to WinPE. WinPC does not exist! :)

Bart has made that because normal people cannot use WinPE.
