Also which program for editing icons do you guys use/suggest???

Money is no object but freeware is preferable I want the most user-friendly and powerfull.

What prog do you use for icon editing and design?

I use Resource Tuner and it is idd in shell32.dll. Just keep pressing on the down-key and stop when you see it.
