More RAM?

Well, thing to remember is Server OSes necessarily will take more time to boot that desktops, because that's how they are made - to load lot of things at startup, and require reboot only once in a month or more.

If you do want to stick to it, then disable as many services as possible.

You could try Perfectdisk's offline defrag, plus disable any services which you don't use.

Stick it on a dual or quad Opteron. If you want fast boot up it has to be on fast hardware...

From reading your other posts .. Isn't this your DC for your domain? That will take some time to load..

Just my 2 cents...
