Hi,

I want to know if it is posible to disable the Safe mode menu from Windows XP. :huh: I want to use this with public PC's.

Run "regedit" and open the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot

You will see Network and Minimal keys in it.

Rename them to "Minimal.BAK" and "Network.BAK".

Your safe mode is screwed up now... Nobody can use it.

Just wondering if anyone has tried it and/or has any other alternative
solution to disabling safe mode -- hopefully not involving breaking the
hardware or removing/hacking OS files and features.
