PS im using a multi boot and the winnt.sif is placed in the pro1 folder at the root like the guide says to do

do the disc yourself using the msfn guide and dont rely too much on tools.

If the product key seems to mysteriously start to work chances are it has been manually entered and next time everything is started extremely clean it won't work.
