hi there
first good thing we switched over to v2 :D now attachments will become more handy. and auto creation of thumbnails will lower the bandwidth usage i believe..

but seeing my attachment storage is 0 bytes, it totally defeated the purpose of v2 :P

also on user control panels "attached file" image doesn't exist... not that i care about it but just mentioning...

also some values are defaulted like "email notification": attention to the users of course...

Another problem is when you post a reply or topic.
And it refreshes to to the page, and you got to home. It say there is a new post but you have already seen it.

It will be in the green arrow.

XmaC, your attachment storage is not 0 bytes. :P
The limit by default is 500 kB. So when you are in the post-reply form, it shows you how much of your attachment space is left. The solution is to increase the limit, but then you can understand how bad it would be if 40 thousand people were each assigned a few MB on the server. Probably we'll increase the limit for Dev Team, dunno.... ;)

Till then, adding any attachments will require one to go into their "My Controls" and delete old attached files.

ow right i was not able to find manage your attachments, now i see it Posted Image
it says

Quote

You have used 1.24mb of 150k

isn't that wierd? Posted Image i think maybe i was already over the quota
anyways this is a great tool indeed, now i can remove those old attachments from the server and free up some space..

edit: holly crap i've attached a lot of files, 57 to be exact, i never even realized that. it takes up 4 pages, started deleting them
don't worry xper :P
edit2: well okay i only have 4 left, and they're still over 150kb Posted Image
i'll move them to my own host.

btw the limit is 150kb not 500kb

Another bug: when you're browsing the Forum index and click 'My asssistan' it will pop up the window - as it should - but will open the forum index in that small window instead of opening the 'My assistant'-page!
