I've created my XP Unattended CD, and now i'm trying to get Office 2003 included. I've got it to run silently from the GuiRunOnce section all ok. My problem is that during the install it pops up a windows that says it cant find a cab file, namely CC561401.cab. If i point it to my Office folder in the $OEM$ folders the installation carries on ok. After the install when i look in the Install folder on the hdd, there sits the file. I've removed all the hidden attrib's for the cab files. My mst file is pretty basic, the only changes i made was for certain products not to be installed i.e Access, Info Point & Publisher....

I'm testing my cd via an iso file in VMWare.

Anyone got any bright ideas or had the same problem? I did a search and couldn't seem to find anything similar.

Try making a admin install and then shrink office.
