I wasn't sure if this could fit on the unattended sub-forum. You can find on other posts how to edit SFXs.
My first idea was to create a custom SFX module without a cancel button for my unattended installations. After a time i ended here.
Now without a close button, once it is started you can't cancel the extraction.
Download and run the archive linked below. Silent switch is "/S" without quotes.

Changelog:
-Removed close button for all the extraction dialogs

about a 30% - 40% bigger, that is because the old icon was 256 colors 16x16 and 32x32, the new one has the following sizes, all alpha blended: 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 96x96 and 128x128

simon there is a little error

if u make a sfx via the 7zip gui the icon does not show.

but if u use

copy /b 7zS.sfx blach blach blach

the icons appears try it.

i'll take a look
