Hi,
I'm running Windows 2003 Server and was modifying some user configurations in Group Policy. Is there a viewer i can use to show all the changes i made in text format?

You might try the RSOP (Resultant Set of Policies) tool that MS offers included in Win2K3 AD.

This tool allows you to play with group policy objects and see the affects your changes have before actually screwing your network up.

Open Microsoft Management Console.

On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.

On the Standalone tab, click Add.

In the Available Standalone Snap-in box, click Resultant Set of Policy, and then click Add.

Or if you're really busy, Start -> Run -> 'rsop.msc' ;)

thanks guys for the help. But i want to see the changes i made to the GPO in text so i wouldn't have to go through each setting and see if i made changes. Point is that i don't want to write down what i changed.
