Can anybody help me ?
I'm trying to set up a winnt.sif for a floppy to be used the a cd-rom setup.
All is going well except for the regional stuff. I live in Australia and am using the following ;
[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup=1
SystemLocale=00000c09
UserLocale=00000c09
InputLocale=0c09:00000409
This partially works. After installation and checking in the control panel /regional settings
Standards & formats = English (Austalian) ; correct
Location= United States ; Incorrect - how do a set it to Australia !!!!
Languages for non-unicode = English (Austalian) ; correct
and also the keyboard is set to English (Australian) ; correct
So .....
if UserLocal sets the standards & formats
if system Local set language & non-unicode
if InputLocal sets the keyboard
what sets the actual Location ????? (to help services provide info for news & weather etc - as MS say)
I know timzone is set in [GuiUnattended]
But I cannot figure how or where to set the actual location to australia
Help Please .....

Check my reply in this thread. Replace the New Zealand country code (1409) with the Australian country code (0c09).

Note:
If specify Language=0c09 in the [Regional Settings] section of your WINNT.SIF file setup ignores the SystemLocale, Userlocale and InputLocale entries.
