i have some problem to change this

TRANSFORMS=C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\Applications\OfficeXP\Unattended.MST /qb-
to...
TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb-

i don't know how or where to do it

This is the line you must add if you want to run your office Unattended like:

SETUP.EXE TRANSFORMS=C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\Applications\OfficeXP\Unattended.MST /qb-

If you want to burn office to a standalone CD, you would do it like that:

SETUP.EXE TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb-
