8 posts in this topic

I will be registering a domain name in the next day or two.

Can anyone recommend a good site that they have used to register with.

Thank you.

depends on what tld you want.

cheap co.uk, me.uk and org.uk domains are £1.99 per year at 1&1.co.uk while com, net, org, biz and name domains are £8.89 per year.

GoDaddy.com is another good one - prices are from $6.95 up (£3.50 UK sterling) for loads of different tlds.

If you want hosting with it, then cheap hosting can give you a domain for free.

DreamHost are giving the best offer i've seen for hosting in a LONG time!!

sign up before the 28th and you get everything TRIPLED for life of hosting - 2.4Gb space, 120Gb bandwidth for only $7.95/month (about £4.50 UK).

Even after the 28th you will still have 800mb and 40Gb/month!

Any domain you register is free for the life of the hosting too, so no renewal fees!

Cheap Plug -DreamHost.

On domain registration? Unfortunately no because our domain registration is already one of the lowest around and it's not a major overhead profitable item for most companies.

Definately godaddy.com If you search yahoo for 'godaddy promo code' you can even get a $2 discount, bringing it down to 6.95! And there are deals on 2,5 and 10 year (I think) Domain names.
