depends on what tld you want.

cheap co.uk, me.uk and org.uk domains are £1.99 per year at 1&1.co.uk while com, net, org, biz and name domains are £8.89 per year.
GoDaddy.com is another good one - prices are from $6.95 up (£3.50 UK sterling) for loads of different tlds.

If you want hosting with it, then cheap hosting can give you a domain for free.

On domain registration? Unfortunately no because our domain registration is already one of the lowest around and it's not a major overhead profitable item for most companies.
