Minint Hangs (intermittent) During Winpe Rate Topic: -----

While using minint when making a RIS-server connection, it somtimes hangs for a number of minutes, but eventually comes back. Usually it comes back within 20-30 seconds. Any ideas as to why it should be variable like that ?
