Has anyone managed to sucessfully get BCDW working with flashboot?
Is it possible to change BCDW into a isolinux or floppy emulation mode bootable CD-ROM?

No, bcdw only works for CD-Boot.
Flash stick worked as a (big)floppy disk, not supported by bcdw.
