bucketbuster Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Has anyone here tried replacing the color icons with say monotone icons to see if that lessens the memory usage or increases the speed?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I removed most 16/256 color icons and all the ones bigger than 48x48.I only tested it in VMWare, but didn't notice any speed-increasement.I may run some benchmarks and see if there are increasments.
