OK,

I have been looking around the site, and found some really useful stuff.

BUT, I am very new to this unattended install, so downloaded Nlite, which seems to be a great little program. Slipstreamed all my service pack etc.. and created my ISO file.. Now I thought that was it, but it clearly isn't.

I keep getting a 'CDBOOT: couldn't find NTLDR' error, and then 'NTLDR is missing'

So I have searched the forums, and keep seeing threads refering to 'the guide' but I cannot see this all inclusive guide.

Can anyone help me out on the 'guide' or point me in the direction of the 'defacto' instructions on how to complete this tricky task.

By the way, this is to create a bootable, unattended windows 2000 Prof installation..

Oh, and sorry if this is in the wrong place..

Andy

I bet "the guide" to which people are referring is this.

It says XP all over the place but most of the stuff works for 2k also.
