Can someone tell me why when I enabled my USB Stick in VMware it gets detected and shows up in Device Manager but not in Disk Drives and won't show up in Windows Explorer. Is there some kind of tweak to do this? A project I am working on would greatly benefit from my being able to transfer files from my virtual install to my physical install through a USB stick.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Does it have to be through a USB stick?

Why can't you use the Shared Folders features instead?

I had an issue like this before, check your drive mappings. I had two cd roms on my computer and when I changed the drive letters to say L: and M:, then when I put the stick in, it took the letter D: and all worked fine.

Just a thought. B)
