It is possible to move the pagefily.sys to another partition off of the primary Windows partition? If so, how do you do it?

Yes, it is.
Point is if it gives any advantage.
If on a second (FAST) hard drive it might help speeding the PC, if on another partition on the same drive it might not.
(but it might give other advantages)
Also size, format (FAT32 or NTFS) and cluster size should be chosen accurately.

it's actualy best to leave the pagefile on the same drive as xp so it can access it faster cuzz on another drive xp has to look elsewhere instead of where it is by default but make it the same size and there you go.
