Hey guys. Is there a way to remove the Taskbar of Win XP completely?
Because I got the Desktop Sidebar and I don't need the Windows Taskbar anymore. I can't find a option to disable it.

PLEASE guys, please let me pimp my Windows. :)

Seems as if none of you knows how to achieve that, or isn't it even possible because it's an element of the explorer.exe?

Well I don't think you can disable it completely, however you can make it appear to be gone by setting it to auto-hide. OR, another option is to right click it, uncheck lock the taskbar, and resize the taskbar so its not visible. I guess you could do both so when in auto-hide and mouse over that area just the small line will popup. You will still see a line though.
