I did a slipstream disk and all has not gone well.Strangely my regedit.reg file went fine- but my winnt.sif file didn't do as well.My install was attended.When asked for my name for my account - I entered it- but now I can't change anything - password or account related.I can reboot and system will come back up with me as admin but if system goes to sleep I can't log back on.
How do I find what windows is now calling my password so I can change it?
It acts as if theres no password on boot up - but acts like ones there the rest of the time. Help!

Sounds like you are trying to reset the password for the account that gets logged on automatically at boot up.

Check out this reg key. It might have what you are looking for.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"DefaultUserName"="Cartoonite"
"DefaultPassword"="password"

Names and passwords have been changed to protect the guilty. :P

after checking Cartoonite's suggestion, if you are actually being logged in as administrator you can change the password via Sytem Management - User accounts. right click on the user and select set password. the previous password is not required when done this way, but you must have admin rights.
