Hello,I'm trying to integrate SP3 with Office2000.I download the Office 2000 SR1a administrative update and Office2000 SP3 administrative update, and extract them to a folder. Then I copy the setup files from the CD to a folder with "e:\setup /a".Everything seems all right untill I use the command "msiexec /p d:\office2k\o2ksr1adl\data1.msp /a d:\office2k\office\Data1.msi SHORTFILENAMES=true /qb",it appears error and it seems that the version of windows installer does not matche.Any advice is appreciated.

Check this link. Your syntax appears to be off. Look at the Office 2000 SP3 Administrative Update and see if that helps first.

Hello

This is a site for OfficeXP SP2. I do not know you can do the same way as XP but it may give you a hint.
