I have done all the races and it still says 98%.

Why is this does anyone know.

Please help, took me ages to do all the races.

100% parts unlocked.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think theres a way to get 100%. I remember reading that in Gran Turismo 2 that users were really p***ed when they only manged 98% even after doing EVERYTHING possible in the game, may be the same in NFSU2 (or you're just not trying hard enough ).

there is an alphanumeric key that let you read the porcentage completed and a TODO list (i think is F4). check if you miss a photo or something, also try to beat opponents on 1 to 1 races (if they're available)...

They obviously didn't do everything because I have that 100% save file still on my memory card

I have got all the magazine covers and dvd covers.

Found all the shops.

Done all the races.

Bought all max number of cars available.

I got my car to a 10 star rating now I removed some stuff and it is at 9.45.

The other cars are at a 0 star rating.

What do I have left to do?

I have found out the problem.

I did not get the hoods unique on stage 2.

And the f*ck*ng developers made no way of getting it again.

If anyone finds a way of getting that unique please let me know.

go to world map in the menu and then you´ll find these races that you havent done!java script:emoticon('')
