Weirdest Internet Problem like REALLY weird Rate Topic: -----

my internet has been down for a week now and its been kind of on and off
well today, i realized that it only works when im on the phone
im on verizon dsl
anyone have this problem or know how to solve it?

Have you tried contacting your ISP? that's the first step i guess

i did that about 5 days ago, they said they would call me back in 24-48 hours but never did
i just called them back today
i guess i'll just have to wait and see whats up

I don't know, maybe try changing the line filter. Do you get all the correct lights on your modem when the computer access is down?

the ready light blinks when it's not working and tried swapping filters
