Change Default Folder Icons Rate Topic: -----

I would like to the yellow default folder icon to something else. Does anyone know how to do that? I would like to change the default for all of them not just one with the desktop.ini all of them.

can't do it without 3rd party tools like activeicons or customicons. MS offers this advice....
