You have to use *original* setup files of extensions and themes.
For extensions,
Go to firefox extension site(Tools/Extension Get More Extensions)

downlaod your extensions but do not install it you can download it by save as option.Put .xpi file to your project\extensions directory.

Theme stuff is same.You cant grab xpi and jar files from your current firefox once they are installed they got deleted.

I deploy ff 1.0.3 on some PC (just a: setup_firefox_1.0.3.exe -ms). Before they have version 1.0, 1.0.1 or 1.0.2. It depends.
No problem

You have to be kidding! This is a great tool. No way a waste of time. Before SOF I had
someone else make a MSI with all the themes and so on that I wanted, now with SOF
I do it all myself.........very easy........

thanks again.......

Just curious...

Has anyone tested this with user profiles. For example, Install it under the local administrator account - then logon under another account? Does it work?

I presume administrator rights are required for installation of the customized firefox. Does the installer check for admin rights?

@Swimming_Bird
It should unpack because created new setup file is also 7zip SFX itself.

@Nois3:
In every install it creates new profile.I didnt changed setup file.I added little file which install your extensions,themes,profile and pass job to the installer.

Used it today... awesome!!! Saved me hours of stuffing around!

Mika: I haven't actually used it yet, but my guess is that you just run firefoxsilent.exe and it will do everything. No switches required!

Ceheers,
Andrew

Great tool I am using it with much pleasure. But I have one problem.
The Adblock extension isn't integreted into the silent installer.
Can sombody tell me how to do it? All the other exetensions I am using are avalible
in the intaller.

TIA D@RKNeSS
