Hello all, Ask one question Why I can't validate your account?

Hello everyone, I meet one problem.
I register today and receieve key and user ID.
I visit active forum and enter ID and key, it appear message as below :

Sorry, that member does not have to validate their account. Please double check the data you entered. If this validation isn't recent, it's possible your old account has been removed.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Please help, thank you all.
