I hope someone can help me out!
I've got no floppy in my system so I'm dependent on my unattended DVD.
Everything works smoothly in Virual Machine until the installation is finished and the computer boots into the "Loading your personal settings" screen. At this point it freezes and won't complete the boot. This happens before RunOnce has ben run.

I've used Nlite to remove some stuff, but have not included any drivers.
Drivers are added via WINNT.SIF

I've inlcuded the file so you can take a look. (OEMdriverspath has been broken to save space here)
I got one error message once, saying something about access denied, and that it was logging into the default account. Other than that, nothing.

Could this be just because of Virtual Machine, or should I expect trouble If I try to run this for real?

I didn't see anything wrong with your winnt.sif file.
Did you run nlite on a clean copy of your install files?
You may run into problems if you don't.
I'd post this in the nlite forum with a copy of you nlite.inf
Most likely your removing something thats needed in your
windows configuration.
