hmm I'm having the same problem... when I attempt to run the custom installer I've created I get the same 7-Zip error as listed above, however if I extract the exe file and execute the Nero_Installer.cmd then the installation works flawlessly

Ok so I finally got the custom exe to install silently without needing to extract its contents first..

I added StartX.exe to the exe archive and now it executes flawlessly

at first try, seems that ncab211 doesn't work smoothly with Nero 6.6.1.15: language pack doesn't install

edit: at second try the language pack installs itself. Sorry.

do you mean NeroLite 0.1.x? NCAB integrates in one pack both Nero 6 and Nero Vision Express. NeroLite too?
or do you mean Nero 7 Lite/Micro 7.7.x? are you sure it will work with Nero 6? me not...

It should also be safe to remove the Ask Toolbar installer.

After NCAB is finished extracting Nero setup files and asks you to remove features,
go to %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temp\Ahead\ and delete the following files:
NeroBar.exe
NeroBar.txt
Toolbar.exe

Then start removing features.

1. Could you add audio codecs to NCAB?
2. To add as the option: remove nero ask toolbar
3. To add as the option: the actualization of files from Nero Toolkit (Nero Info Tool & Nero CD Speed)

Usage instructions:

* Download the plugins you need
* For Nero version 6, unzip the plugin DLL into "\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins" directory.
* Do not rename the files - The first two letters of the plugin DLL name must be "nx" in lower case, otherwise it won't be recognized by Nero Burning ROM.
