I have the ownership for about 1000 obscure movie titles in various languages and want to have a website that would allow users to download ( not stream) DRM content and play them in Windows Media Player - very similar to Movielink.com.
I found details on MS site that the Rights Management System comes default in the Windows Server 2003.
Should we provide the end-users with Client Access Licenses as well? Each license is around $37 - I thought only the actual users of the server (3 of us) would require it .
Can someone clarify?

I don't think CALs should spply in your case because all "traffic" will be over IIS ...
