We all know for minutes (not real minutes as wee all know) passing by as windows installs...

I was wondering if anyone knows where does windows store this value (if it stores it at
all), or by what other method could i get (find) out this value (for my detached program)...

Other ideas are also welcome...

This should be posted at
Setup Billboard Screens for Windows

try the Unattended Guide- your new best friend!
MSFN Unattended XPCD Guide

specifically
Billboards
see "New Style" and "Classic", depending on what you use.

..sinceraly, Fu<k 0ff with this kind of a response, thank you.

I'm not aksing to change theme or what ever;
I need the integer value of the remaining time which
it displayed in the left pane of the windows billboard.

It says, for example: 37 minutes.

I need this value as an integer value,
or any hints on the methods how to determine how is this value calculated.

Just for the record, I'm building my own billboard.
And yes, I did misplaced my topic, but since I can't delete
my own topic, I assumed some moderator would move it.

No I't wasn't directed @ you. I was however a bit overwhelmed by the first response to your post. Maybe I shouldn't think aloud.

sorry, misread what you were asking. Your 2nd post with more info on what you meant helped... except for the 1st part (see quote).

I forgive you... :)

You see, your post seemed to me like you were flaming me for my post...
..excuse my rage at that particular moment...

NOTE: For God's sake, will some moderator move this topic to a billboard section...please!

np, buletov- I was actually searching for something I know I saw here when I saw your post, and half-read it.
And to keep from the usual post of "chk the guide", I included the direct links.
I will read all posts 3x (or more) before I post.
Sorry again...
