Try disabling your firewall this was causing a problem for me until i disabled it downloaded the update pack and then enabled it.

Just checked it now and it seems to be able to do a complete download. Are you enabling your firewall when you are downloading because that also causes problems.

Try disabling any AV as well. I have to disable both firewall and AV when D/L from RyanVM's site

PeerGuardian can interfere with downloads too. That being said, I'd appreciate people listening to the note on my website about not distributing it without my permission. Nobody wants my pack to end up with a distribution system like XPlode or XPCREATE

Also having troubles.
Downloads 22mb of the full pack and stops downloading saying complete.
Running latest Firefox on Windows XP Pro behind NAT with Norton AV Corp.

Enable Referer IDs to be sent. Disable your firewall. Turn off ANY privacy software.

All of the above options were already completed.
When attempted in IE it was with a brand new install, wouldn't get past 12mb.
After a cache flush on firefox I was able to download the file.
