Registry Mechanic during install is throwing a

C:\Windows\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX is read only
error. Is this due to Windows File Protection because I was almost sure I disabled it, this would be a good indicator I messed up though.

Ive searched my pc for this file and its not found, so I dont know whats going on. I have not seen this error posted before so figured its appropriate to ask.
