so SNMP... My goal is to write a command file that will ask me if I want to send X or Y value to the device.

The device is a power strip that allows me to turn outlets on or off (useful for rebooting hung servers, or network gear)

I have the MIB for the device, the only thing I don't know how to write is the actual command to call the SNMP set command.

I tried google for some info but had little to no success.

Anyone here know how? BTW, i'd prefer to write it in windows as I don't have access to a linux box right now :blushing:

found this freeware program finesnmpset... it's really easy to use, so i'll be having some fun w/ that
