Guys, I need help with this application called "SWiSH"...What it does is that it makes scenes and loaders, etc for flash movies...What I want to do is when I export my SWF file, I want to save it so that it doesn't loop over and over again...How can I do this?

BTW, I've looked through the help file, but all it talks about doing this is HTML files, but I don't want an HTML file, I just want the SWF file...

When you view the animation in swish, you will see a bar across the top of the Timeline panel.(marked in second increments)
Move the Timeline slider to where you want to insert the stop.
Then go to Insert > Action > Stop.
Then just export or save the file as .swf

You can always make the animation stop in flash itself. No extra applications needed.

You put in a stop point using the action button.

Based on running Swish 2.0 you:

1) Click on a block that is at the end of your presentation up on the Scene bar (i.e. Scene 1).

2) Go to the left side of the scene bar and you see what looks like a little green man running and if you have that menu expanded is says, "Add Action" Click that!

3) Click on Stop

Voila! You should be able to look over in the box on the right bottom side and the action tab is visible with something like "At frame 45" will be displayed. Now save it and your presentation will stop.

Let me know if this is confusing and I will try to be more descriptive.

Rick :)

Thanx guys! I hope this works out because I've been trying to find out how to do this but I couldn't...I'll try it out later during the night or even tomorrow...When I inserted a piece of music in Swish, how come the quality is so much better than Flash? :)

Flash has a very low defalt for music stream..but you can chage the quality if you disire..just remember..slow load times are Flash animations worse foe..
