PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED what im doing wrong? Rate Topic: -----

You are going to have to give us more information than that. When does this happen. Does XP install and this shows up afterwards? Does this show up before the installation begins?

Make sure you include WINNT.SIF (REMEMBER, asterisk out your product key).

You might want to reupload your WINNT.SIF without the serial number! -gamehead200

ok.
here some more information:

i reccive that massege after the install load the drivers
and before the HD setup comming up..

i have put in the WINNT.SIF

DOWN-here is my WINNT.SIF
the TXTSETUP file
and the "Last Session" file

You need the system32 dir in the same place as your setupldr.bin and txtsetup file
windows 2003 use that system32 just before it scanning your system for disk..

here is what your dir should look like

w2k3
system32
i386
|system32

etc...

w2k3 is your root windows 2003 in your All in one boot disk.

but its not for the xp setup
and i have the xp setup!!

Same install process applied to windows XP
try it and it will solve your problem..

it ok man.. im understand..

no man- its not help...

by the way- i have some news -
the problem was on the ntoskrnl.ex_ and the ntkrnlmp.ex_ files
somehow this files was failed the install.. waht i was doing and have i solve
that problem?
here is the anware:
i take from another cd (UN-ED from my friend- are work perfect)
and in his I386 - i take the file "ntkrnlmp.ex_" and comprees to "ntkrnlmp.exe" and i put that file (only!!) in the I386 folder
and i remove the ntoskrnl.ex_ and the ntkrnlmp.ex_ files

and im solve that problem!- now i have the same massege on the start
of GUI setup.. U can see at this topic:
