Case: Full Tower, 350 watts power supply, Clear side window, Front USB
Asus P4B533, Micro ATX (to small), SiS561 (good chips set), AGP 4X (8X would be better)
We all know this board "Sweet".
Memory: 512 MB Brand Named DDR 333 Memory (Why not RDRAM)
Hard Drive: Maxtor 60.0GB ATA133 DIAMONDMAX D740X 7200RPM 2MB Cache (good)
Video Card: MSI MS8808 TNT2 M64 (good for starters, independent card later)
Sound Card: AC 97 (onboard sound, nothing special here)
CD Writer/Reader: Samsung 32x10x40 CR-RW Int EIDE (okay)
Network Card: 10/100 network card onboard (onboard)
Keyboard: LiteOn Internet Keyboard (nothing special)
Floppy Drive : 1.44mb included (standard)
Speakers: 600W 2 Speakers and Subwoofer (nothing special)
They charge an addtional 5% for self pickup. (unheard of and a rip off)
Delivery to US / Canada: USD 50 to USD 80 depends. (standard for eBay but there is a lot of free shipping available from retailers right now).

i smell something bad.
Personally i wouldnt touch it with a barge pole at that price (what have they got to hide by charging 5% for pickup... like you said its unheard of) and you could build a beter rig for the money i bet.
