Steps:

Go to http://www.microsoft...ive/2k3updt.htm on Microsoft's site and download any available service packs and updates.

Examples:
E:\ - Change to your own location
SP1 - Location of EXPANDED .msp files. (To expand an Update: Install WinRAR, rightclick, expand to...)
Office2003 - location of all office files.

Important: Update will only work on an admin installation of Office.

When done there will be a correspondent log file for every upate.
Please check that the following line:..... Installation operation completed successfully is somewhere at the bottom of the file

Now you can use either BuckeyeXP's OfficeShrinker or AstaLavista's 7Zip method.
Both are brilliant....
