Hello everyone, i bought a Logitech Dinovo keyboard and mouse set in July 2004
im in England by the way
(so it must be the old dinovo version?)
basically its been working fine, only had a few problems which were sorted quickly, but anyway today i turn my pc off and came back 1 hour later, started the PC up, and guess what NONE of it works anymore!!!!!
it doesnt even acknowledge anything is connected, i had to use a wired keyboard and mouse to do anything...
i uninstalled ALL the software and reinstalled everything, and done ALL the remedies from Logitech website to no avail!
i took the hub and everything downstairs in my house and connected it to 3 other Pc`s with no joy, when you plug it in, none of the PC`s find it on USB, i take it the hub is now damaged?
the blue connect light comes on, but tried all the ways to reconnect and its now dead!!!!
can anyone help me?
any ideas why it just suddenly stopped working ?
this cost me a lot of money, im gonna try and phone Logitech in the morning and ask them to send me a new system or a hub or something? i think they come with a 5 year warranty?
i am using Windows XP Service Pack 2
Pentium 4 with 2.2ghz Processor and 1536k Ram
