i'm really a newbie... :) only 1 Q! Rate Topic: -----

...i have a multiboot cd of windows 2003 vlk... the dimension of a cd is 700mb so why when i check the size of the disk windows says 2.5 gb??? i think something like this: some file, in different locations/folders, are equals so there is one physical allocation and multiple logical allocation for those files... am i quite right?
if is so how can i do someyhing like this??!!

Just take a look to the excellent Multiboot DVD guide by flyakite
As you we will find out the use of the tool CdImage allows you to place multiple identical files once in the iso so IT Saves Space.
If you check your CD you will find that around 80% of the files in each version of your OS is identical thats why the total extracted size is 2.5 GB
